The combination of the different components of this medicine is an excellent muscle metabolic catalyst includes :-
Arginine and Glucosa: Antioxidant and lipotropic aid for hepatic metabolism
Glycine: Fatiguing
Glucosa: Energetics (promotes the reposition of energy deposits of muscle glycogen), Arginine and Carnitine (stimulates B-oxidation). Chromium increases glucose tolerance and reduces lactate generation.
Anabolic: Arginine, Glycine and Carnitine
Supporting metabolic processes: The vitamins of group B and the minerals that constitute this medicine have an important function as coenzymes in the body’s energy and protein metabolism, but with a special function in the musculoskeletal and nervous system where normal functioning is restored.
Chromium has as its main function the generation of Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF) which is a chromodependent metalloenzyme responsible for transforming exalacetate into phosphoenol pyruvate (precursor of glucose 6 phosphate).
It is known that the main precursor of oxaloacetate is lactate, therefore, an increase in chromium intake causes a correct and faster metabolism of free lactic acid generated during anaerobic exercise, delaying the appearance of muscle fatigue. On the other hand, it accelerates post-exercise recovery.

ROUTES OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSIS
It is administered slowly intravenously at a rate of 5 ml/100 kg of weight every 24 hours. Treatment is recommended for no less than 5 days.
