Triamcort 50ml

Triamcort is an Injectable solution for the corticosteroid with less electrolyte retention activity. Triamcinolone topical is used to help relieve redness, itching, swelling, or other discomfort caused by skin conditions.

Uses and Indications

· In small animals
Pruritus, Acute eczema, Arthritis, Cellulitis, Rheumatoid syndrome, Hepatitis, Acute edema, Cerebral edema, Aseptic inflammatory processes, Traumatic inflammation, Keratitis, Blepharitis, Conjunctivitis.

· In large animals
Arthritis, Bursitis, Myositis, Tendosynovitis, Bovine ketosis, stress, aseptic inflammatory processes, Fibrositis, muscular efforts, Neuritis, etc.

Formula

Each ml contains:
Triamcinolone acetonide……………………6.0 mg

Triamcort Species Use

Antiphlogistic, corticosteroid for Canines, Felines, Sheep, Bovines, Pigs, Equines

Administration And Dosage

Orientative doses: Via S/C – I/M

Canines and Felines: 1.0 ml every 30/60 kg

Pigs and Sheep: 3.0 to 6.0 ml

Cattle and Horses: 3.0 to 6.0 ml

Contraindications / Precautions

Do not administer to females in the last third of pregnancy, diabetic animals, with gastric or corneal ulcer.

Storage

Keep between 5ºc. and 35ºc.

Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
